GreenPath clients now have access to their Debt Management Programs directly from their phones or tablets through the MyGreenPath mobile application. The app provides users with the convenience of monitoring DMP activity, engaging in secure communication via the message center, and making program adjustments.

Upon activating your MyGreenPath account on the web, you can log into our ad-free mobile app and access various features related to your Debt Management Program (DMP), such as:

• Checking the status of your DMP
• Viewing the months completed and funds paid to your creditors
• Reviewing a list of creditors and tracking activity on your DMP, including balances, proposal status, and payments made by GreenPath
• Seeing your next deposit to GreenPath prominently displayed on the Dashboard
• Engaging in chat with a representative to make account changes in English or Spanish
• Sending secure messages through the Message Center
• Uploading documents by taking pictures directly from your mobile device through the Documents menu or Message Center
• Enabling Notifications for Action Items and Messages to stay informed about your GreenPath account
• Utilizing Mile Markers to track milestones on your DMP and celebrate achievements
• Updating your Account Information and managing contact details in the My Account section
• Recovering forgotten usernames, passwords, or PINs securely via the login screen prompts
